1. Who we areWie wij zijn
Eurapps is a store for web apps (PWAs), run by JACCO-STOKX B.V. (Chamber of Commerce 73054127, VAT NL859335574B01), W.F. Hermanslaan 21, 4481 DP Kloetinge, the Netherlands ("Eurapps", "we"). 2. ScopeToepasselijkheid
These terms apply to the use of Eurapps and to every order and purchase through the store. We may change them; the version that applied when you ordered keeps applying to that order.Deze voorwaarden gelden voor het gebruik van Eurapps en voor elke bestelling en aankoop via de winkel. Wij mogen ze wijzigen; op een bestelling blijft de versie van toepassing die gold op het moment van bestellen.
3. What you getWat je krijgt
Apps are web apps you use through your browser and can add to your home screen. With a purchase you get a personal, non-transferable right to use that app; you do not become the owner of the software. Free apps are free. For each app the store page states the price, the age guidance and what the app does.Apps zijn web-apps die je via je browser gebruikt en op je beginscherm kunt zetten. Met een aankoop krijg je een persoonlijk, niet-overdraagbaar recht om die app te gebruiken; je wordt geen eigenaar van de software. Gratis apps zijn gratis. Per app staat op de winkelpagina de prijs, de leeftijdsindicatie en wat de app doet.
4. Prices and paymentPrijzen en betaling
All prices are in euros and include VAT. You pay through our payment provider Mollie (for example with iDEAL). After your payment is confirmed you get access to the app. A purchase is only valid when the amount received by Mollie matches the price exactly.Alle prijzen zijn in euro's en inclusief btw. Je betaalt via onze betaaldienst Mollie (bijvoorbeeld met iDEAL). Zodra je betaling is bevestigd, krijg je toegang tot de app. Een aankoop telt alleen als het door Mollie ontvangen bedrag precies klopt met de prijs.
5. DeliveryLevering
Delivery is digital and immediate: right after payment the app becomes available to you through your account. There is no physical delivery.De levering is digitaal en direct: meteen na betaling is de app via je account voor je beschikbaar. Er is geen fysieke levering.
6. Right of withdrawalHerroepingsrecht
As a consumer you normally have 14 days to withdraw. But a paid app is digital content that is delivered immediately. Before you pay, you tick a box in which you ask us to deliver right away and acknowledge that you therefore lose your right of withdrawal once delivery has started. If you do not tick that box, the purchase does not go through. You can read the details and find the withdrawal button on the right of withdrawal page.Als consument heb je normaal 14 dagen bedenktijd. Maar een betaalde app is digitale inhoud die direct wordt geleverd. Vóór je betaalt, zet je een vinkje waarin je ons vraagt om meteen te leveren en erkent dat je daarmee je herroepingsrecht verliest zodra de levering is begonnen. 7. If something is wrongAls er iets mis is
An app must do what the store page promises. Does it not work as described, or is there another problem? Email jaccos@hey.com. We look for a fair solution: a fix, or your money back if we cannot fix it. Your statutory rights as a consumer always remain.Een app moet doen wat de winkelpagina belooft. Werkt hij niet zoals omschreven, of is er een ander probleem? Mail jaccos@hey.com. We zoeken een redelijke oplossing: herstel, of je geld terug als herstel niet lukt. Je wettelijke rechten als consument blijven altijd gelden.
8. Your account and conductJe account en gedrag
You sign in with your email and a one-time link; keep access to your email safe. Do not misuse the store or apps, do not try to break security, and do not upload unlawful content where an app lets you share. We may block access on serious misuse.Je logt in met je e-mail en een eenmalige link; houd toegang tot je e-mail veilig. Misbruik de winkel of apps niet, probeer de beveiliging niet te omzeilen, en plaats geen onrechtmatige inhoud waar een app je laat delen. Bij ernstig misbruik kunnen wij de toegang blokkeren.
9. Apps from other makersApps van andere makers
Some apps are made by other makers and are reviewed before they appear. For purchases JACCO-STOKX B.V. remains your seller and contact. We check apps carefully but cannot guarantee every app is free of faults; the "if something is wrong" section applies.Sommige apps zijn gemaakt door andere makers en worden gekeurd voordat ze verschijnen. Voor aankopen blijft JACCO-STOKX B.V. je verkoper en aanspreekpunt. We keuren apps zorgvuldig, maar kunnen niet garanderen dat elke app foutloos is; de regeling onder "Als er iets mis is" geldt dan.
10. LiabilityAansprakelijkheid
We provide the store and apps with care. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app concerned. This does not limit liability for intent, gross negligence, or your mandatory consumer rights.Wij leveren de winkel en apps met zorg. Voor zover de wet dat toestaat, is onze aansprakelijkheid beperkt tot het bedrag dat je voor de betreffende app hebt betaald. Dit beperkt niet de aansprakelijkheid bij opzet, grove schuld, of je dwingendrechtelijke consumentenrechten.

12. Law and disputesRecht en geschillen
Dutch law applies. You may always take a dispute to the competent court. As a consumer in the EU you can also use the European ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.Op deze voorwaarden is Nederlands recht van toepassing. Je kunt een geschil altijd aan de bevoegde rechter voorleggen. Als consument in de EU kun je ook het Europese ODR-platform gebruiken: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
